National atlet submit her medalies to National Museum National atlet submit her medalies to National Museum - Former national lifter Lisa Rumbewas voluntarily submit a second Olympic silver medallist who has gained as a collection to be exhibited in the Museum of the national sports complex of Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta.

The two silver medals won in the 2000 Sydney Olympics and 2004 Athens was officially handed over to Arwana and Basuki Lasmono, national sports Museum staff who deliberately came from Jakarta to Jayapura on Thurday, May 4 2017.

In addition to the biggest medal accomplishments achieved throughout his career, she also handed over a pair of shoes and two pairs uniform contingent at the Olympics Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004.

"For the younger generation and the sports world, I just handed this best medals so that everyone can see and feel the struggle of athletes who have been bearing the Nations of the world event," said Lisa.

But Lisa who now works as an employee of the regional Education Office of Papua it had hesitated to hand over the Olympic silver medallist will belong to the museum because it no longer be hers.

"Any collection or medals that are submitted will still be hers forever and just deposited or relocated," said Basuki who tried to remove the doubts and concerns about the status of her medals.
