Prince Charles and his spouse has been slept separately for long time

Prince Charles and his spouse Camilla Prince Charles and his spouse Camilla - After his failed marriage with Lady Diana, Prince Charles married his previous lover, Camilla. While they had broken up before, they are finally together in the end, so they could count themselves lucky compared to Diana’s fate with her own lover Dodi al-Fayed.

After their marriage in 2005, Charles and Camilla lived in Clarence House. While most married couples only need one bedroom to share together, it is not the same with them. In Clarence House, Charles and Camilla have separate rooms.

Both of them have their own rooms and they sometimes sleep separately. Charles has his own room which he designs and decorates in any way he wants. The same thing also applies for Camilla and her room.

Members of the royal family said that the fact that they had separate rooms is what enables them to maintain their marriage for more than a decade. Other than their own rooms, the couple also has one room that they use when they want to be together.

“His Highness has a room with double bed, decorated according to his own taste, and Camilla has her own room with double bed, decorated just the way she likes it,” said a royal source. “Aside from that, they have a room together with double bed that they can use whenever they want.”

Charles and Camilla have been married for 12 years. Camilla also often visits a house in Wiltshire, where she spends time with her children and grandchildren from her first marriage.
