Try these easy simple food :

  1. Easy  Chicken Nuggets


  • 1 pound of chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 bag of chips
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper



  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit/190 degrees Celsius and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix all together the ingredients
  • Using a medium scoop/spoon, scoop filling onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Once already scoop, form into nugget shapes.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, or until fully cooked, the fried it for 1-2 minutes


      2. Easy egg fried rice


  • 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 to 4 cups of white rice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 green onion, chopped.


  • Add oil to the frying pan on medium heat, add the beaten egg. Wait until the bottom of the egg is cooked but the top is still runny
  • Add the rice on top of the runny egg. Use spatula to mix then add the salt and green onion. Keep cooking and stir, until the rice turn into golden. Taste the rice. Add other seasoning if you want to.
  • Transfer into plate and serve it.


       3.  Easy Mac and Cheese


  • 2 ¼ cups of milk (separate the ¼)
  • 2 cups of dry macaroni
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ teaspoon of salt



  • Combine the dry macaroni and 2 cups of milk in a medium pot. Place the lid on top and boil over medium heat while stirring
  • As soon as it boil, reduce the heat to the heat to low and let it simmer, keep stirring until the pasta is tender (about 10 minutes). Make sure to keep stirring to prevent the pasta to clumping or sticking add the bottom of the pot
  • Once the pasta is soft and has absorbed most of the milk, season with salt and pepper, or the spice of your choice. If the mixture is begin to dry add the ¼ of the milk.
  • Turn the heat off and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy. Serve immediately.


      4.  Easy crispy oven fried chicken tenders


  • 1 lb of chicken breast tenders (about 8 tenders)
  • 2 egg beaten
  • ¾ of all-purpose flour
  • of Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ¼ cup of oil


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit/220 degrees Celsius.
  • Pour oil onto baking sheet and spread around.
  • Season the chicken with ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Make sure it’s evenly coated on the chicken, use your hands to mix it together.
  • Beat the two egg and add ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Coat one chicken tender in egg, then dredge in flour. Then coat it again in the egg and dredge again in the flour.
  • Add the chicken tender to the prepared baking pan
  • Repeat on other chicken tender
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip each chicken tender, bake for another 10 minutes
  • Season lightly with a little bit more salt and pepper right after they come out of the oven.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
