Perverted Video on Sale: This Hot Holliwood Artist Felt Raped

Photo : Internet Photo : Internet - LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton had made a stir in the public after a nasty video with her lover Rick Salomon spread in cyberspace, in 2003. The spread of the video was the end of their relationship.

As a result of the spread of the sex video, Paris Hilton was suing Kahati Ltd for alleged violations of privacy, illegal business practices, and emotional disturbance. The socialite asked for compensation of USD30 million (IDR423.9 billion) from the Internet company based in Panama.

Like Paris Hilton, Salomon at that time also sued Kahati Ltd for USD30 million due to privacy violations. He also sued Paris Hilton in the amount of $ 10 million for alleged defamation. But the suit was rejected by the court.

Strangely in February 2004, Salomon traded the video on his personal website. The video has a duration of 38 minutes plus a video of Paris Hilton in the middle of partying for $ 50.

In April 2004, Salomon gave the rights to Red Light District for distributing  one of the videos. The adult film company based in Los Angeles then named the 45-minute video with 1 Night in Paris.

Not accepting the action of his ex-girlfriend, Paris Hilton sued the Red Light District. The lawsuit was later won by the court. In fact, the New York Daily News reported, Paris received more than USD400,000 (IDR5.6 billion) as well as a share of the profits from selling the video.

But in 2013 to the GQ magazine, Hilton asserted, never received all the lawsuit money. "Not one peser of money from the video I received. It's just dirty money and he (Salomon) should give all the money to charity. "
